Board Member

Celeste completed a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance at Brigham Young University. After two years as a nursing home administrator, Celeste became involved in highly successful, entrepreneurial ventures in the healthcare industry. In 1993 she turned her home into a business called ExecuMed, employing a national network of transcriptionists and providing medical transcription services for the VA hospital system. She sold ExecuMed in 2000 to become the chief operations officer for Career Step, an online healthcare education company. Under her leadership, Career Step grew to serve a current studnt population of 17,000, with graduates entering the workforce in medical transcription and medical coding.  In 2009 Celeste left Career Step to become the chief operations officer for MyExpertSolution until it was acquired by Self Health Network, where she is now the Senior Vice President of Operations.

In her free time, Celeste relishes playtime with her young grandson. She also enjoys her season tickets to the theater, where she has no supervisory role and can simply indulge herself in the creative genius of others.
